Clients agree to:

Delays in client responses may affect project timelines.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Clients own the final deliverables after all agreed payments have been received in full.
• CodeSprint (Pvt.) Ltd. retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, libraries, methodologies, and internal processes used to create the deliverables.
• CodeSprint (Pvt.) Ltd. may showcase completed work in its portfolio unless a written confidentiality agreement provides otherwise.

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and use it only for purposes related to the project.

Projects may integrate third-party platforms or services.

CodeSprint (Pvt.) Ltd. is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or actions of third-party providers.

We strive to deliver high-quality work.

However, we do not guarantee:

• Specific business results
• Search engine rankings
• Revenue increases
• Customer acquisition
• Continuous availability of third-party services

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CodeSprint (Pvt.) Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a project shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific project.

Either party may terminate a project according to the applicable project agreement.

Any completed work performed before termination remains payable.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services or website at any time.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws specified in the applicable client agreement or, if none is specified, the laws of the jurisdiction in which CodeSprint operates.
